Privacy Policy — RunEveryone
This Privacy Policy explains how Denys Rishko, trading as GameChanger.Apps ("we", "us"), handles information when you use RunEveryone (the "Service"). RunEveryone analyses your training data, builds a training plan, comments on your workouts and, if you choose, helps with nutrition, body weight and lab test results. Because coaching needs it, the Service processes health and fitness data. We explain below what we collect, why, who receives it and how to delete it.
- We process the data you send or connect (workouts, heart rate, GPS, sleep, weight, meals, lab values, messages) only to coach you.
- Replies are generated by an AI model (Claude by Anthropic). It receives your messages and the summaries it needs to answer.
- We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI models.
- Garmin data reaches the AI model only after your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any
time with
/privacy. - Garmin, intervals.icu or other services are connected only if you connect them, and you can disconnect them at any time.
- Send
/resetto the bot to delete all your data.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Denys Rishko, an individual developer in Ukraine who publishes the Service under the name GameChanger.Apps. Contact: support@gamechangerapps.com.
2. Information we process and why
| Data | Where it comes from | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Telegram user ID and first name, your messages to the coach and its replies | Telegram | To talk with you and remember the context of the coaching |
| Questionnaire answers: age, sex, height, weight, running experience, goals, injuries, training availability | You | To set training zones and build a safe plan |
| Workouts: time, distance, pace, heart rate, power, cadence, laps, GPS track, device; screenshots of workouts | Files and screenshots you send; Garmin Connect or intervals.icu if connected | To analyse training, training load and progress, and to detect unreliable data |
| Recovery and daily data: sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, Body Battery, stress, steps, calories, hydration, VO2max, lactate threshold, race predictions, personal records, weigh-ins | Garmin Connect, if connected | To adjust training to your recovery |
| Menstrual cycle phase and day | Garmin Connect, only if you switch this on | To adapt load and nutrition; off by default |
| Planned workouts from your calendar (for example from a coach using TrainingPeaks) | Garmin Connect calendar, if connected | To compare plan and execution |
| Body weight entries | You; Garmin Connect weigh-ins | To follow your weight trend |
| Food diary: descriptions and photos of meals, estimated calories and macronutrients, your targets | You | To estimate nutrition and the remainder of your daily target. Meal photos are analysed and not stored |
| Lab test values (marker, value, unit, reference range, sample date) | Documents or photos you send, only after your separate consent | To explain results for training and compare them over time. The document itself is not stored |
| Web pages you send as links | You | To read facts you share (for example race results) |
| Access and usage records: requests count, promo codes, AI cost per request | The Service | Limits, billing in the future, preventing abuse |
Garmin sign-in: with the official Garmin Connect connection you sign in on Garmin's own page and we never see your password; we keep only the access tokens Garmin issues. During the beta some athletes connect by typing the password in the chat once: the bot deletes that message immediately, never stores the password and keeps only the tokens. Tokens and API keys are stored encrypted.
3. Health data and consent
Health and fitness data is a special category of personal data. We process it on the basis of
your explicit consent, which you give by using the coaching features and by
connecting services. Lab results and menstrual cycle data each need a separate consent that the bot
asks for before the first use. You can withdraw consent at any time by disconnecting a service,
switching the feature off or deleting your data with /reset.
RunEveryone is a coaching tool, not a medical service. It does not diagnose or treat anything; always consult a doctor about medical questions.
4. Garmin data
If you connect Garmin Connect, we receive the data you allow in Garmin's permission screen: completed activities (summaries and FIT files), daily health data (sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, stress, Body Battery, steps, weigh-ins), women's health data only if you switch it on, and we send the structured workouts you confirm to your Garmin Connect calendar. We use this data only to coach you: to review your workouts, track training load and recovery, mark planned sessions as done and adapt the plan. It is shown only to you.
- Garmin data is never sold, never shared with third parties for their own purposes and never used for advertising.
- Garmin data and anything derived from it are never used to train, evaluate or improve AI models, ours or anyone else's.
- It is processed only by the service providers listed in section 7, on our behalf.
- You can see what the coach knows (
/status), ask us for a copy or a correction (support@gamechangerapps.com), disconnect Garmin in the bot (⌚ Garmin → Відключити Garmin) or in Garmin Connect, and delete everything with/reset.
5. AI Transparency Statement
The coach is an AI system. Its replies are written by Claude, a large language model provided by Anthropic, PBC (USA), through Anthropic's commercial API.
- What the AI receives: your messages and the summaries it needs to answer — for Garmin data, for example, a workout's distance, time, pace, heart-rate zones and your recent sleep and recovery numbers. Training zones, load and other physiology are calculated by our own code; the AI explains them and suggests adjustments.
- What the AI does not do: it does not make medical diagnoses, and it does not take actions outside the coaching features (it cannot buy anything or contact anyone).
- No training on your data: under Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through the API is not used to train its models, and we do not use it to train any model either.
- Limitations: AI can make mistakes. Check important advice, and see a doctor about anything medical.
- Your explicit consent: before Garmin data is first sent to the AI model, the bot asks for your consent with a separate button. Without it, Garmin is not connected.
- Withdrawing consent: send
/privacyto the bot and press «Відкликати згоду». The bot disconnects Garmin, deletes its tokens and deletes the data already received from Garmin (imported workouts and daily health data), so none of it reaches the AI model again. Files you uploaded yourself stay until you delete them with/reset.
6. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
- Explicit consent — processing of health data, lab results, cycle data.
- Performance of a contract — providing the coaching you asked for.
- Legitimate interests — security, fraud and abuse prevention, keeping the Service working. You may object by contacting us.
7. Who receives the information
- Anthropic (Claude AI models) — receives your messages, summaries of your data, and images or documents you send, to generate the coach's replies and to read photos and documents. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through its API is not used to train its models. Anthropic Privacy Policy.
- Telegram — delivers messages between you and the bot. Telegram Privacy Policy.
- Garmin, intervals.icu and, through it, Zwift — only if you connect them: we read the data listed above and send the workouts you confirm to your calendar.
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — hosts our server in Nuremberg, Germany, where the Service runs and your data is stored. Hetzner Privacy Policy.
- Backblaze (EU Central region) — stores our encrypted backups; it cannot read them. Backblaze Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare — hosts our website and the domain's DNS. It does not receive your training, health or Garmin data.
- Authorities, if we are legally required to disclose information.
We do not sell personal information, do not share it for advertising and do not use it to train AI models.
8. International transfers
Our service providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. How long we keep information
- Your data is kept while you use the Service and is deleted when you send
/resetor ask us to delete it. - Encrypted backups are kept for up to 45 days, after which deleted data disappears from them too.
- Disconnecting Garmin or intervals.icu deletes the stored tokens or keys at once.
- Records of requests and costs (without the content of your messages) are kept to prevent abuse of the free trial.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Ukrainian law on personal data
protection), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to
restrict or object to its processing and to withdraw consent. Send /reset to delete
everything, or email support@gamechangerapps.com
for a copy of your data or any other request. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also complain to
your local data protection authority.
11. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly process data of children. If you believe a child uses the Service, contact us and we will delete the data.
12. Security
Access tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest, backups are encrypted, and access to our server is limited to key-based login. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The new version will be published at this address with a new effective date; significant changes will also be announced in the bot.
